Set up Figo.

1. Place your Figo

1. Unbox and set Figo on a hard, flat surface with proper ventilation.
2. Keep it a few inches away from walls or anything that blocks air.
3. Plug it into a power outlet. When nothing is running the light is off — that means ready.

2. Load the water

1. Fill the rear tank with distilled water. Distilled keeps the pump and heater clean for the long run.
2. Seat the tank on the base with the arrow lined up with the notch, so Figo can pump.
3. Fill to MAX for 1 serving or smaller. Fill 2/3 to max for 4 or larger servings — bigger meals displace more water.

3. Pair the app and join Wi‑Fi

1. Enable Bluetooth and share Location at least once (Android needs it to see nearby cookers).
2. In the app, choose Add your Figo and tap the cooker named EatFigo.
3. Join Wi‑Fi. Figo is 2.4 GHz only — a 5 GHz network will not work. If your router shows two names, pick the one without “5G”.
4. Wait for the confirmation screen in the app.

4. Vacuum seal your food

1. Twist the smaller end of the vacuum sealer onto Figo.
2. Place food in the vacuum bag and seal the bag completely. Keep food below the bag’s food line.
3. Attach the tube to the bag’s valve.
4. Hold the bottom button to vacuum. Release to stop.

5. First cook

1. Put the sealed bag in the front compartment and close the lid.
2. In the app, pick a recipe — or use Cook & Cool to set a temperature and time yourself.
3. Watch the light: purple while water moves in, then solid red while cooking.
4. When the light blinks green, dinner is done. Hold the top button 5 seconds, or tap Complete in the app. The light turns solid green while water returns to the rear tank.

Want it to wait for you instead? Tap the top button (or use the app) and Figo cools your meal to under 40°F until cook time — the light turns solid blue. Press both buttons to cancel a chill.

No phone nearby? From ready, hold both buttons about 3 seconds for a quick cook at Figo’s default time and temperature.

6. After the cook

1. Wipe down the internal compartment and the water tank after each cook.
2. Refill with distilled water so the next dinner is one tap away.
3. Figo is not dishwasher safe — a damp cloth does it.
