Get dinner going, then look up a light.

Start with the short setup. If the cooker is already on the counter, jump to whatever the light is doing.

Quick answers

How much water?

Fill the tank to about 1 inch below the max line. More food in the compartment displaces water, so bigger servings need a little less in the tank.

Wi‑Fi will not join

Figo uses 2.4 GHz only. A 5 GHz network will not work. Stay next to the cooker while the app writes the password.

Phone cannot find Figo

Keep Figo plugged in and close. On iPhone: Settings → Bluetooth → EatFigo → Forget This Device, then scan again in the app.

The app says E001

E001 is the temperature sensor. The light usually flashes red. Clear it with both buttons, then email us if it comes back.

Still stuck?

Email info@eatfigo.com. Tell us the light color, whether the app shows E001 or Check Figo, and your cooker is nearby so we can look it up.
